Iām an energetic, goal-oriented, and enterprising individual with a strong passion for the art of pastry making. Highly motivated, methodical, and resourceful in and out of the kitchen.
My strongest asset is striving to learn new skills, knowledge, and techniques to improve my craft - never satisfied with the ordinary. Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, diverse, and fast-paced environment that seeks to provide a culinary experience that reflects the culturally vibrant world we live in.
As part of a wider team I can be trusted to execute tasks effectively and work dedicatedly until the job is done. I listen attentively to instructions, take notes and apply - I believe these are cardinal rules one must adhere to when working in a professional environment.
When not in the kitchen, you can find me buzzing around London parks on my bright blue bike. I enjoy reading (especially cookbooks!) and a wide array of sports - boxing, yoga, cycling, running, softball, and weightlifting.
